Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the worksite.

Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site operations to ensure smooth progress.

Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Check the quality of workmanship and materials used on site.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and construction regulations.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and project managers.

Allocate work tasks and monitor workers’ productivity.

Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and attendance records.

Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Monitor materials, tools, and equipment required for construction work.

Ensure the work is completed within the required time and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and report progress to management.
