About the Opportunity

Our client is an established fintech organisation building the next generation of institutional digital asset capabilities.

As the digital asset landscape continues to evolve, the organisation is investing in strategic initiatives that bridge traditional financial infrastructure with emerging Web3 technologies. To support this journey, they are looking for a Web3 Business & Strategic Initiatives Lead to drive high-impact initiatives across the business.

This is not a traditional Project Management or Product Management role.

Instead, this role is suited for someone who enjoys identifying strategic opportunities, connecting business, operations and technology, influencing stakeholders, and transforming ideas into scalable business capabilities.

• Drive strategic initiatives that support the organisation's digital asset roadmap and long-term business objectives.
• Work closely with Business, Operations and Technology teams to evaluate, prioritise and execute strategic initiatives.
• Identify commercial opportunities, operational improvements and scalable business solutions.
• Translate business objectives into executable cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
• Evaluate industry developments across digital assets, stablecoins, tokenisation, blockchain infrastructure and financial technology to identify opportunities relevant to the business.
• Navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

We're looking for someone who combines commercial thinking, strategic execution and operational understanding.

This role is designed for professionals with hands-on experience in the digital asset ecosystem, where Web3 technologies form part of the core business.
