Job Summary

Perform quantity surveying and drafting tasks to support project execution. Prepare tender and contract documents, coordinate with suppliers, and manage submission of approval forms to authorities. Utilize software tools for documentation and perform administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute quantity surveying tasks to measure and estimate project costs accurately
• Draft technical drawings and documents to support project planning and execution
• Prepare comprehensive tender and contract documents to facilitate procurement and project agreements
• Liaise effectively with suppliers to issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Submit required forms and documentation to authorities to obtain necessary work approvals
• Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify technical drawings for project needs
• Use Excel and Word to prepare reports, track data, and manage project documentation
• Perform ad hoc administrative tasks to support project and office operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in quantity surveying and drafting with relevant experience
• Ability to write and understand English for clear communication and documentation

Benefits and Working Hours

• Salary range: S$3,500 - S$4,200 per month
• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
• Location: West Area, Singapore
• Training will be provided
