Key Responsibilities

  • Perform blood collection procedures in accordance with established protocols.
  • Ensure accurate patient identification and specimen labelling.
  • Provide professional and compassionate support to patients throughout the procedure.
  • Prepare, handle and transport specimens safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the clinical work area.
  • Assist with general clinical support and administrative duties when required.

Requirements

  • Relevant healthcare qualification and above.
  • Prior experience in phlebotomy or clinical support is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a clinical or healthcare environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team.
