BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Apply BIM software and modelling techniques, including AutoDesk Revit (Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), to develop accurate project models
• Collaborate with project management teams to initiate, implement, and monitor detailed workplans for BIM-related tasks
• Maintain and enforce established BIM standards and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects
• Prepare comprehensive design and construction documentation to support project execution and compliance
• Coordinate and liaise with project and construction teams to manage submissions, updates, changes, and resolve clashes between disciplines
• Manage project coordination activities to facilitate smooth communication and workflow among stakeholders
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project and team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• Diploma in BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent certification
• Proficient use of Revit and AutoCAD software for BIM modelling and design documentation
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modelling experience in building construction and project execution
• Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate BIM coordination and collaborative processes
