BIM Modeller (Construction)

Responsibilities

• Apply BIM software and modeling techniques, including AutoDesk Revit (Architecture, Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), to develop accurate building models
• Collaborate with project management teams to initiate, implement, and monitor detailed workplans for BIM deliverables
• Maintain and enforce established BIM standards and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects
• Prepare comprehensive design and construction documentation aligned with project requirements
• Coordinate and communicate with project and construction teams to manage submissions, updates, and changes, identifying and resolving clashes across disciplines
• Facilitate project coordination to ensure smooth BIM integration and timely delivery of project milestones
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project execution and BIM processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Construction disciplines
• Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software for BIM modeling and drafting
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience in building construction and project execution
