System Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical System Analyst to evaluate business requirements, analyze existing systems, and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure system solutions meet business objectives and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and system documentation.
• Coordinate with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Participate in solution design, system integration, and implementation activities.
• Support system testing by preparing test scenarios, reviewing test results, and validating business requirements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
• Provide user training and support during system deployment.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4–9 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge of system analysis and design methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to create process flow diagrams, use cases, UML diagrams, or wireframes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and web services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or Figma.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and software architecture.
