Job Description & Requirements

Assist the Contracts Manager in closely monitoring contractual issues for the project
Attend to all relevant contract administration and documentation for projects
Prepare tender submission and post tender measurement, handle monthly progress claim
Prepare, compile and issue sub-contractors’ documents
Cost analysis and estimation or budget cost for projects
Liaise with suppliers for quotations
Able to analyse tender pricing and to prepare building work tender

1) Degree / Diploma in Building / QuantitySurveying
