ICT Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain NLP and Generative AI evaluation frameworks.
• Design experiments to improve model accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
• Perform model validation, error analysis, and optimization.
• Deploy, monitor, and enhance AI solutions in production.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
• CyberArk CDE certification (Mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Information Retrieval, Git, and Statistical Analysis.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MLOps, Cloud AI Services, Responsible AI is preferred.
• Production deployment experience and public sector experience are highly desirable.
