senior system analyst (weekends, shift) #IKR

Note: Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends and shift as and when required

Job Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical solution designs.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Manage and support containerized applications on Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Design and implement Kafka-based messaging and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, and developers throughout the SDLC.
• Perform production support activities including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts.
• Drive platform reliability, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Good to have more than 10 years of experience in software development, system analysis, or platform engineering.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, MariaDB, and MongoDB.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
