Warehouse Executive

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing goods efficiently and effectively. You will ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing storage space, and implementing best practices for safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
2. Fulfill the orders for both online and offline sales channels
3. Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliation, and monitoring of stock levels.
4. Manage warehouse space effectively, optimizing layout and storage methods to maximize capacity.
5. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology to track inventory, shipments, and performance metrics.
6. Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs and coordinate replenishment orders.
7. Other add-hoc works

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in English is required, and Mandarin language skills are considered advantageous.
