Sales Executive (Fresh Grads Welcome)

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging prospective customers.
• Meet with customers to understand their logistics and supply chain needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, RFQs, and tender submissions.
• Support contract negotiations and follow up on business opportunities.
• Work closely with the Solutions Design, Project Implementation, and Operations teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
• Perform other duties or projects assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Training and mentorship will be provided.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain will have an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to interact with customers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude with a passion for sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
