Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Cook dishes following exact recipes, portion sizes, and presentation rules.
Staff Supervision: Guide and train junior cooks, kitchen assistants, and helpers.
Safety and Hygiene: Follow food safety rules, keep workstations clean, and manage safe food storage.
Inventory Control: Check stock levels, track waste, and help order ingredients.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
Certifications: Valid food hygiene or safety certificate.
Skills: Strong teamwork, basic leadership, time management, and the ability to work in fast-paced shifts.
