Senior Commissioning Engineer $6K - $8K + Variable Bonus (Water Treatment – Offshore/FPSO)

Key Duties

· Lead testing, commissioning, and start-up of water and wastewater treatment facilities, both onshore and offshore (including FPSO)

· Develop and execute commissioning and start-up plans for major plant equipment and systems

· Prepare written procedures for testing, cleaning, and initial start-up

· Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for start-up of completed systems

· Develop training programmes and materials for process plant equipment

· Manage commissioning documentation: commissioning data, as-built records, O&M input, and design feedback

· Attend Progress and Commissioning Meetings

· Compile commissioning deliverables and reports

· Travel to offshore project sites for commissioning and facility start-up support

· Report safety issues and contribute to safety improvements

· Maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders

Requirements

· Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment (Onshore/Offshore Oil & Gas or FPSO projects)

· Proven project management and plant testing & commissioning experience

· Willing to travel offshore for commissioning and start-up work

· Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project

· Resourceful self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

· Systematic, meticulous, and able to work under pressure
