Our client is a leading air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) provider with a long and successful track record of completing many quality projects.

ACMV Electrical Engineer
Job Description
- Review electrical drawings, control schematics and ACMV specifications.
- Inspect electrical installations for AHUs, FCHs, MV fans, pumps and associated ACMV equipment.
- Verify power supply, cable termination, earthing and motor control panels (MCC/DB).
- Conduct pre-commissioning electrical tests; including insulation resistance, continuity and phase rotation.
- Verify operation of starters, VSDs, control panels and protective devices. Perform functional testing of motors, control circuits and safety interlocks.
- Coordinate point-to-point testing between field devices, control panels and the BMS.
- Assist in testing control sequences, alarms, remote monitoring and equipment interlocks.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control issues during commissioning and coordinate rectification.
- Prepare electrical test records, commissioning reports and as-built documentation.
- Attend inspections, witness testing with consultants and clients, and support system handover.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, Singapore standards, and workplace requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering(Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Well verse with building Electrical System design requirements and Local Code of Practice;
- Must be able to perform engineering calculation and design review on the Electrical system;
- Able to read and understand Electrical Drawing Requirements, self-driven, independent and team-player.
