Warehouse & Operations Assistant

Job Summary

You will receive, check, and organize stock in an air-conditioned warehouse, pack goods accurately for delivery, a You will also perform basic computer tasks such as data entry and maintaining stock records.

Responsibilities

Receive & inspect incoming stock to ensure accuracy and quality before storage

Organize stock systematically in the warehouse to maintain easy access and inventory control

Pack goods carefully and accurately to prepare for delivery to shops

Enter data and update stock records using computer systems to maintain accurate inventory information

Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues

Demonstrate initiative by working independently while maintaining punctuality, responsibility, and honesty

Ability to speak and converse well to facilitate effective communication within the team and with customers
