Manager, HR Business Partnering | Up to $7,500

Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Advisory

• Partner with business units to provide HR advisory support on people-related matters.
• Support workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies and practices.

Talent Management and Development

• Support talent review processes, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up actions.
• Work with managers to identify development needs and support implementation of development plans.
• Contribute to building a sustainable talent pipeline within assigned business units.

Performance and Compensation

• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting and year-end reviews.
• Partner with the Rewards team to support compensation exercises and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and employee issues.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations

• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance organisational culture and morale.
• Address employee relations matters with guidance from senior HRBPs where required.
• Work closely with HR Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate HR operations.

HR Projects & Initiatives

• Participate in HR projects such as system implementations, policy reviews, or process improvements
• Support data gathering and analysis to provide insights for HR decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to industries such as real estate, asset management, or related sectors is an advantage.
