Greet and welcome arriving guests promptly and courteously, using warm body language and a genuine smile.
Mingle and socialize with customers to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
Share drinks and engage with customers as part of the bar experience.
Manage reservations via phone calls, emails, online platforms, and walk-ins.
Inform guests of estimated wait times and manage the waitlist efficiently.
Present menus, highlight daily specials and promotions, and provide basic menu guidance.
Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service at all times.
Communicate guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests to the service team.
Assist with clearing tables and supporting servers during peak hours.
Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest and table flow.
Adhere to all Food & Beverage safety and hygiene standards.
Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to the Duty Manager when necessary.
Contribute to and support service initiatives that enhance the overall guest experience.
