As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Administration Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both marketing and business operations within a creative education environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Marketing

• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media platforms
• Assist with photography and videography during classes, concerts and events
• Design posters, flyers and promotional materials using Canva or similar platforms
• Help write social media captions, newsletters and marketing emails
• Support marketing campaigns and student enrolment initiatives
• Update website content and marketing materials
• Research market trends, competitors and new marketing opportunities

Administration

• Provide administrative support to the management team such as replying WhatsApps and emails
• Assist with parent enquiries and customer service
• Help manage student records and enrolments
• Prepare teaching materials and resources
• Support event planning, concerts, holiday camps and workshops
• Assist with scheduling and general office administration
• Help maintain an organised and welcoming learning environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

• Positive, enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Creative with an eye for design and content creation
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Comfortable communicating with parents, children and colleagues
• Passionate about education, music or the performing arts
• Familiar with Canva and social media platforms (preferred)
• Photography, videography or editing skills are a bonus
