The Community Partnerships Manager drives the organisation's strategic partnerships, fundraising, community engagement, and marketing communications efforts. This role is central to advancing Extraordinary People Limited's mission, deepening stakeholder relationships, and strengthening the organisation's visibility and long-term sustainability.

Community Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate partners, donors, foundations, government agencies, community organisations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and pursue new partnership opportunities that support organisational growth and impact.
  • Design and implement community outreach and engagement strategies to raise awareness of the organisation's work.
  • Represent the organisation at networking events, community functions, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Evaluate potential collaborations, grants, tenders, and funding opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality stewardship of partners, donors, and community stakeholders.

Fundraising & Resource Development

  • Partner with Management to define funding priorities and develop fundraising strategies and campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver fundraising initiatives, donor events, and giving campaigns.
  • Build and sustain a robust pipeline of individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
  • Conduct donor research and prepare compelling funding proposals, presentations, and grant applications.
  • Produce donor reports, impact updates, and stewardship communications.
  • Ensure full compliance with fundraising regulations, licensing requirements, and governance standards.

Marketing, Communications & Brand Management

  • Lead the organisation's marketing and communications strategy.
  • Safeguard consistency of branding, messaging, and organisational identity across all channels.
  • Develop marketing content, publications, digital campaigns, and social media initiatives.
  • Support internal and external communications, including media relations, donor communications, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
  • Collaborate with programme teams to showcase services, events, success stories, and impact.
  • Track and evaluate marketing performance, reporting regularly on key metrics and outcomes.

Programme & Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of community programmes, outreach activities, and engagement events.
  • Oversee event logistics, communications, registration, and post-event evaluation.
  • Engage beneficiaries, families, volunteers, partners, and community members in meaningful initiatives.
  • Assess programme effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance outcomes and participant experience.

Strategic Development & Innovation

  • Monitor emerging trends, partnership models, fundraising approaches, and marketing innovations relevant to the social service sector.
  • Research and propose new initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Develop systems, processes, and workflows that improve operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for Management and Board consideration as required.

Team Leadership & Operational Support

  • Provide supervision, guidance, and support to team members, interns, and volunteers as assigned.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to support organisational goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, databases, and reporting.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.

Others

  • Any adhoc duties assigned by CEO including in function of Community Partnerships.
  • Degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in community partnerships, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, marketing, communications, or business development.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience within the social service, charity, or non-profit sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives from concept through to implementation.
