Your role

Are you a leader in innovation? Do you know how to come up with creative ideas for clients?

We’re looking for an Investment Banker to:

• create partnerships by increasing depth and breadth of existing client relationships

• execute M&A and capital markets transactions for corporate and sponsor clients

• generate new ideas and creative approaches that push the business forward

• make sound and balanced judgments (and always within professional, ethical, regulatory and legal standards)

• motivate and inspire others by providing a vision of shared goals

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Banking business under the Asia Consumer & Retail Group in Singapore. You’ll work on a wide range of public and private transactions across the various sectors and products that we cover, with the opportunity to gain a broader understanding of the investment banking business as a whole. You’ll play an important role in advising clients on a range of capital markets and strategic matters, including helping them craft their equity stories, enhancing value for and growing their shareholder bases, raising capital, evaluating M&A opportunities and executing transactions, amongst others.

Your expertise

You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use

• experience in IPO and M&A transactions in Asia, able to lead and oversee the day-to-day execution of IPO and M&A transactions

• solution-driven, able to partner with coverage and product teams on marketing activities regionally and internationally

• well-developed leadership and communication skills

• motivated team player

• undergraduate degree and relevant experience
