Warehouse Team Lead

Salary: From $2,600/month

Ready to take the next step in your logistics career? Join our team and lead daily warehouse operations while working closely with customers, transporters and internal teams. Multiple Locations in the East available.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise daily inbound and outbound operations
• Plan manpower and resources to meet operational targets
• Train and guide warehouse and admin staff
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and shipment activities
• Handle customer returns and vendor returns
• Ensure safety, quality, security and 5S standards are followed
• Resolve operational issues and report non-conformances
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Perform warehouse data entry and generate pick lists
• Work closely with customers, transporters and internal teams
• Support continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience
• Must have experience leading a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or operations dashboards is an advantage
• Able to work with customers and external partners
• Responsible, organised and hands-on
