Derivatives and FX Middle Office Analyst

A leading global financial institution is seeking a Derivatives and FX Middle Office Analyst to join its APAC team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Front Office, Risk, Finance, Technology, and key control functions in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day middle office activities for OTC derivatives across Rates, FX, and Credit products.
• Ensure timely processing, validation, and reconciliation of transactions.
• Monitor and support compliance with regulatory requirements and operational controls.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.
• Support new product launches and strategic change initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and contribute to enhancing the operating model.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of Derivatives or FX Middle Office experience
• Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives, particularly Rates, FX, and Credit products
• Hands-on experience with MarkitWire and Murex
• Understanding of MAS and SFC regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
