Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday at 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.

Job Description:⁠

  • Assists in clinic operations duties in the call centre such as Incoming calls for First Visit / Workqueue etc.
  • Provides Clinic Operations Support for front desk
  • Maintains a proper filing system for documents and files in call centre department
  • Provides admin support in data entry and preparing reports at the call centre
  • Valid TDAP (10-year validity), Varicella/Chicken pox, MMR vaccinations
  • No exp. needed, training will be provided
