Location: Islandwide Home Visits

Employment: Regular Locum Shifts

Available Shifts

•

Weekdays (Monday – Friday): 8.00pm – 11.00pm / 12.00am

•

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 7.00am – 11.00am

Salary

• Base Rate: $10/hour

Per Case Incentives

• AM Shift (8.00am – 8.00pm): +$50 per case

• PM Shift (8.00pm – 12.00am): +$60 per case

• Midnight Shift (12.00am – 8.00am): +$70 per case

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide professional nursing care during home visits

• Assess patients' conditions and monitor their progress

• Administer medications and carry out nursing procedures as required

• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and treatment instructions

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation after each visit

• Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
