Our client, a well-established bank is seeking to fill a Corporate Banking RM (Indonesia coverage)

Manage and grow a portfolio of Indonesian corporate clients, delivering tailored banking and financing solutions.
Develop new business opportunities and acquire new-to-bank corporate relationships across key industries.
Structure and market corporate banking products, including working capital financing, trade finance, cash management, treasury, and syndicated loans.
Conduct credit analysis and prepare credit proposals, ensuring sound risk assessment and adherence to the Bank's credit policies.
Work closely with Credit Risk, Treasury, Trade Finance, Product, and Operations teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and maintain regular client engagement to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor client performance, industry developments, and market trends to proactively manage portfolio quality.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC/AML standards.
Represent the Bank at client meetings, industry events, and networking activities to strengthen the Bank's presence in the Indonesian market.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
3–8 years of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience, with a strong focus on Indonesian corporate clients.
Proven track record in business development and managing corporate lending portfolios.
Strong knowledge of corporate banking products, including lending, trade finance, cash management, treasury solutions, and structured finance.
Experience in credit structuring, financial analysis, and credit proposal preparation.
