Location: Jurong (Company Transport Provided from Lakeside MRT)

Employment: Permanent

Salary: Up to $3,700/month

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 8.15am – 5.30pm

• Friday: 8.15am – 5.00pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Process customer orders accurately and update the order management system

• Coordinate deliveries and follow up with customers on order completion and shipment status

• Plan and coordinate logistics activities with customers, transporters, and freight forwarders

• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of shipping documentation

• Print and maintain shipping labels, cargo tally sheets, and blending instructions

• Coordinate outgoing container shipments and manage vessel schedules

• Plan and update daily shipping schedules and tank truck loading time slots

• Monitor daily outbound shipments and resolve logistics issues promptly

• Support the logistics team with administrative and operational duties
