Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational performance of M&E system across the site, identifying faults, anomalies and system alerts for timely intervention.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical system failures, coordinating troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution
  • Review contractor activities, logs, and maintenance reports to ensure compliance with schedules, quality and safety standards of Singapore
  • Lead M&E performance reviews, analyzing maintenance, energy use, costs and system reliability to drive improvement
  • Maintain and update asset registers, preventive maintenance plans, and ensure alignment with asset criticality and lifecycle requirements.
  • Conduct periodic technical assessment of equipment condition, maintenance quality and system readiness
  • Provide technical input for CAPEX planning, lifecycle replacement and system upgrades, including cost benefits and risk analysis
  • Support A&A, projects and fits out works of the site including invitation of vendor, coordination from handover to takeover for completion
  • Executive and/or supervise maintenance technicians for all preventive/corrective maintenance works
  • Foster positive day-to-day interactions with clients/customers, and other stakeholder

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree Qualification in a mechanical, electrical or engineering discipline with min. 3 years of relevant experience in related industry/fields of Facilities Management/Maintenance
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and implementing effective solutions
  • Good computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft
  • Demonstrate high professional integrity by maintaining an objective, neutral and collaborative approach to all workplace interactions
