Regional Tender Executive

This position focuses on the efficient management of tenders and aligning opportunities with strategic objectives. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality submissions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global and regional account management teams to support the preparation and submission of tenders for key customers.

• Analyze tender specifications and coordinate with stakeholders across the APAC region for accurate and timely responses.

• Ensure high-quality and competitive offers by coordinating with local offices and central procurement teams.

• Develop and execute a project plan, including pricing analysis and internal evaluation, in alignment with the tender management process.

• Maintain records of tenders using the internal reports and tender document management system.

• Lead and participate in meetings with cross-region stakeholders to provide insights from a Tender Management perspective.

• Address and troubleshoot tender-related issues, implementing corrective action plans to improve tender management.

• Participate in additional assignments and related projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.

• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel is essential.

• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset and an aptitude for numbers.
