Job Summary

Join Grade Solution as a Math teacher for Primary and Secondary levels, delivering focused instruction in a supportive environment with reduced admin tasks. Contribute to student success using innovative EdTech and AI tools at our new Marine Parade centre.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Math lessons for both Primary and Secondary students aligned with the Singapore syllabus
• Mark students’ work accurately and provide constructive feedback to support learning progress
• Communicate clearly and effectively with students to foster understanding and confidence
• Maintain a firm yet nurturing classroom environment to encourage discipline and growth
• Participate in social media video content to promote the learning centre and engage the community
• Collaborate with the team to utilize AI-driven tools that identify learning gaps and reinforce concepts
• Manage teaching schedules to conduct 10 classes per week during designated working hours

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience in Math for Primary and Secondary levels
• Familiarity with the Singapore syllabus to ensure curriculum alignment
• Demonstrated dependability, reliability, and responsibility in teaching roles
• Ability to balance firmness with nurturing support to optimize student engagement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience or interest in using EdTech, AI, or machine learning to enhance student learning
• Willingness to develop new skills such as webinar presentation, curriculum writing, and content creation

Other Information

Location Marine Parade (physical classes)

Working Hours

• Weekdays: 1pm to 9pm
• Weekends: 8.30am to 4.30pm

Salary Range

• Full-time: $4,500 - $6,000 monthly

Full-time staff receive 1 weekday and 1 weekend off per week

Selection Process Candidates must complete a test via email, followed by a mock lesson and interview
