Job Summary
The Beauty Supervisor manages the daily operations of the salon or wellness centre, ensuring excellent customer service, high-quality treatments, staff performance, and achievement of sales targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the beauty team.
- Schedule staff and monitor attendance and performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Drive sales of treatments, packages, and retail products.
- Ensure smooth daily salon operations.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Train and coach staff on products, services, and SOPs.
- Prepare basic operational and sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
- 3–5 years of beauty industry experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and salon operations.
