BI Analyst (up to $3000)

Duties:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards to track key commercial metrics, including sales performance, pipeline/funnel health, target achievement, and win-loss analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through ongoing data validation, maintenance, and quality improvements.
• Support commercial analytics by monitoring funnel quality, sales cadence, execution discipline, and other key business processes.
• Analyze marketing campaigns, customer segments, and market performance to generate actionable marketing intelligence.
• Leverage BI platforms and AI-powered tools to design, optimize, and automate dashboards and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver intuitive, impactful dashboards.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve reporting processes, data models, and business insights.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
