Montessori Pre-school Teacher

A kindergarten in the East (Aljunied) is seeking for dedicated, passionate Montessori Teachers to join its newly up-graded Montessori environment to expand its full Montessori curriculum and cultivate an authentic, child-led classroom setting where students in a mixed-age class of age 18mos to 3 or 3 to 6 can thrive.

Responsibilities

-Present individualized and small-group lessons using authentic Montessori materials.

-Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting "prepared environment".

-Observe, document, and record daily developmental progress for each child.

-Guide children toward self-discipline, independence, and social harmony.

-Provide clear communication with parents on child's social & emotional development and work activities progress.

-Possess deep understanding of child development and the Montessori philosophy.

-Warm, patient, and welcoming personality with excellent communication skills.

-Expected Salary/Age/Qualifications & ECDA certification level &Relevant Working Experience

-Singapore resident status
