Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of clinical research studies from participant recruitment through study completion.
- Support participant screening, enrolment, scheduling, follow-up visits, and retention activities in accordance with study protocols.
- Guide participants through study procedures, eligibility requirements, and informed consent processes.
- Work closely with investigators and multidisciplinary research teams to ensure smooth study execution and achievement of research milestones.
- Maintain compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Accurately collect, review, and enter clinical data into electronic research systems while ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Prepare, organise, and maintain study documents, regulatory files, and essential research records.
- Monitor study timelines, protocol compliance, adverse events, and follow up on required actions where necessary.
- Coordinate study supplies, research materials, and investigational products when applicable.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, sponsors, and research partners to facilitate efficient study operations.
- Participate in research meetings, site discussions, and study-related activities.
- Safeguard participant confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of research ethics and professionalism.
Requirements
- Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, or related disciplines and above.
- Experience in clinical research, clinical trial coordination, research administration, or a healthcare-related environment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), clinical research regulations, and ethical guidelines is preferred.
- Meticulous with strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
