Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management system.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and conduct EHS training programmes to strengthen workplace safety awareness.
  • Coordinate workplace safety, health, environmental, and fire safety committee activities.
  • Carry out workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in incident investigations and support the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
  • Maintain EHS documentation, legal registers, reports, and regulatory records.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a proactive and positive safety culture.
  • Support other EHS initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline and above.
  • Valid MOM-recognised WSH Level C certification.
  • Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety functions will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety and environmental regulations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification practices.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of workplace safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
