PART TIME LOCAL QUALIFIED NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

About the Role

We are accounting firm which seeking a Local Qualified Non-Executive Director to join our client 's group of companies in Singapore. This is a strictly non-operational oversight position designed to fulfill local corporate governance and statutory governance requirements.

The appointed candidate will not participate in the companies' day-to-day business operations or management. Instead, the role focuses on routine monthly compliance monitoring and document review.

Key Responsibilities (Monthly Basis)

1. Financial & Document Review: Regularly monitor and review the companies' monthly bank statements and corresponding invoices.

2. Operations Verification: Understand and verify the general business operations nature of the companies against their financial transactions to ensure consistency and compliance.

3. Governance Oversight: Provide independent oversight while strictly adhering to the non-participation boundary (no involvement in daily business decisions or operations).

Requirements

• Residency: Must be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident (PR), or eligible local resident meeting statutory directorship criteria.

• Background: Professional background in corporate secretarial, accounting, finance, compliance, or corporate governance is highly preferred.

• Professionalism: High standard of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a clear understanding of a non-executive director's legal duties and boundaries.
