Chef de Partie – Latido Restaurant (Singapore)

Latido is looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for managing your assigned section, preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and supporting the Head Chef in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie.

  • Passion for quality food and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
