R&D Assistant (Food Science/ Food Technology)

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a R&D Assistant to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: R&D Assistant
• Location: North, Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $2,900 + AWS + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Support R&D initiatives in product formulation, development, and application.
• Develop new product variations and innovative application techniques for promotional projects.
• Conduct quality assessments on finished products and materials, including sensory and visual inspections.
• Analyze and compare current and alternative ingredients for optimization.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and ensure operational efficiency in the R&D workspace.
• Assist in maintaining compliance systems (e.g., safety standards, documentation).
• Prepare daily activity summaries and progress reports.

• Minimum Diploma or ITE in Culinary, Food Science, Food Technology or any other related field
• At least 1 year of related working experience would be preferred. Training will be provided for inexperienced candidates.
