Our esteemed client in the M&E Engineering industry is seeking an Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team:

Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial reports, journal entries, and schedules to support month-end and year-end closing.
Process supplier invoices, payments, staff claims, and customer billings accurately and on time.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all accounting transactions are properly documented.
Perform GST preparation and support tax-related submissions where required.
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
Reconcile bank statements, intercompany balances, and other financial records.
Maintain and update accounting records using Xero Accounting Software.
Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
Provide administrative and finance support as assigned by management.

Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Hands-on experience using Xero Accounting Software is required.
Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, and basic tax regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Prior experience in the construction, engineering, consultancy, or M&E industry will be an advantage.
