Sales/ Key Account Executive (Korean-speaking) - Training Provided!

Our esteemed client in the Engineering industry is seeking a Sales/ Key Account Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Sales/ Key Account Executive
• Location: Tampines
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,800 + Mobile Allowance + Commission

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers, ensuring timely resolution of enquiries and issues.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and ongoing support.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with market trends, products, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights for management.
• Support the planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

• At least a Diploma in any discipline. Inexperienced candidates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Prior experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Support, Business Development, or the manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Korean to liaise with Korean-speaking customers/suppliers.
• Willing to travel overseas when required for customer visits, business development, or project support.
