Live Commerce Operations Executive

Working Hours: 9 hours per day, with schedules planned in advance according to livestream arrangements.

Salary: Starting from SGD 3,000 + performance-based commission

Levoir International Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based company specializing in jewelry, live commerce, and Korean lifestyle brands. Beyond jewelry and accessories, we collaborate with Korean brands to introduce curated lifestyle, beauty, and fashion products to the Singapore market through digital commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee.

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily live-commerce operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare products, inventory, vouchers, and promotional campaigns before livestream sessions.
• Coordinate backend operations during livestreams, including product management and order processing.
• Monitor customer inquiries and provide operational support during live broadcasts.
• Manage product listings, pricing updates, and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock movement.
• Prepare sales and performance reports.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the e-commerce team.
• Coordinate with hosts, creators, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of livestream campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, livestream operations, or marketplace management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency in Korean and/or Chinese is an added advantage.
