Senior Marketing Executive (In-House)

At Elene Beauty, we're more than just a beauty salon. With over 15 years in the industry, we provide a complete range of beauty services including nails, lashes, facials, brows, SHR hair removal and body wellness. As we continue expanding our brand presence across Singapore, we're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing initiatives and accelerate our brand awareness and business growth.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and more).

• Develop and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and bookings.

• Build and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers and brand partners (existing network is a strong advantage).

• Plan content calendars and oversee content creation aligned with our brand identity.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and continuously improve ROI and customer acquisition.

• Manage marketing budgets effectively and independently.

• Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 3–5 years of experience in digital and performance marketing.

• Has a proven track record of delivering measurable marketing results.

• Is experienced in Meta Ads and other paid advertising platforms.

• Understands customer acquisition, lead generation and conversion strategies.

• Is familiar with influencer/KOL marketing and campaign management.

• Is creative, analytical and commercially driven.

• Can work independently, prioritise effectively and take ownership of projects from concept to execution.

• Singaporeans preferred.
