Senior/Finance Executive (REIT/ $5000 / Contract)

Duration: Mid-September 2026 to 26 March 2027

Salary: up to $5,000

Location: Novena area

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

(Senior)/Executive (Finance)

The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping full sets of accounts and attending to financial matters for development property companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep full sets of accounts in SAP, including but not limited to all asp cts of progress billings (including

AML check), payment to contractors, GST submission, monitoring of cashflow/loan/interest repayments

• Prepare monthly financial reports for the management

• Handle external auditors for annual audit and internal auditors for periodic reviews

• Prepare annual budget and forecast

• Assisting with ad-hoc requests for information from other departments or projects and/or administrative tasks for the Finance Department.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in accountancy or equivalent

• Must have experience in keeping full set of accounts

• Has some experience or exposure to real estate accounting

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, experience in SAP software is advantageous

• Adaptable to changes due to introduction of new laws and regulations
