Logistics Executive

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Logistics Executive to oversee our warehouse operations, service centre, and assembly functions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately, machine repairs are scheduled and completed on time, and both the warehouse and service centre are kept clean and well-organized. You’ll also manage a team of operators and service technicians on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time

• Oversee service centre and assembly operations, ensuring smooth workflow and output quality

• Manage service scheduling to ensure machine repairs and servicing are completed within agreed timelines

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of both the warehouse and service centre at all times

• Supervise and coordinate a team of operators and service technicians, including daily task allocation and manpower planning

• Track inventory accuracy and coordinate stock counts, replenishment, and discrepancy resolution

• Monitor operational KPIs (order accuracy, turnaround time, repair completion rate) and flag issues to management

• Ensure safety procedures and housekeeping standards are followed across warehouse and service centre

• Liaise with other departments (customer service, sales, procurement) to coordinate order fulfillment and repair priorities

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, repairs, and service jobs

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations

• Experience supervising or coordinating a team of operators/technicians is preferred

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple operational areas simultaneously

• Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse/service centre environment

• Good communication skills for coordinating across teams

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus
