Your role will involve:

Guest Engagement: Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, creating a positive first impression and ensuring they feel valued throughout their dining experience.
Menu Expertise: You will be knowledgeable about our menu offerings, including daily specials, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences and dietary needs.
Order Accuracy: Take food and drink orders promptly and accurately, ensuring that all details are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
Timely Service: Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and efficiency, ensuring that all orders are delivered in a timely manner and guests are always well-attended.
Teamwork: Work closely with other waitstaff, kitchen personnel, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout shifts.
