Warehouse Operations Lead(Full-Time / West / Flexi Hours / Air-con)

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Operations Lead to manage our warehouse and order fulfillment process. You'll manage inbound shipments, pick and pack orders accurately, maintain inventory levels, and handle administrative and marketing tasks to support business operations. You'll be the single point of contact for all warehouse and logistics matters, with the autonomy to run things your way.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, pack, and label orders accurately; stage for pickup or carrier dispatch

• Handle returns/exchanges and walk-in self-collect customers (verify orders, process payments via POS)

• Receive goods, put away stock, restock pick locations, and perform cycle counts

• Monitor stock levels and proactively order goods when supplies are running low

• Update order status in WMS/POS; print shipping labels and carrier manifests

• Coordinate daily handoff with carriers

• Basic housekeeping and warehouse organization

• Open and close warehouse; maintain safety as well as fire safety

• Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and documentation

• Support light marketing tasks (e.g., packing promotional materials into orders, managing customer review requests)

• Support other ad-hoc tasks as needed during peak periods

Qualifications

• Comfortable with talking to customers and POS/cash handling

• Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, email)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision

Schedule

• Flexi-Hours

• Timing can be adjusted / flexi-hours available

• May be required for longer hours during peak periods

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Warehouse environment, able to lift up to 7.5kg (can use trolley to push, and elevator), climbing of 1-2 flight of stairs, bending, and ladder use

• Use of packaging materials and tools such as tape dispenser, scissors, printer, polymailer bags and carton boxes

• Training will be provided
