Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Direction: Develop and execute long-term strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market share.

Executive Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor the C-suite leadership team (e.g., CFO, COO, CMO).

Resource Allocation: Oversee financial performance, budgets, and the allocation of capital and personnel.

Corporate Governance: Report directly to the board of directors and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Public Relations: Serve as the public face and primary spokesperson for the company to media, investors, and partner.

Experience: 10 to 15+ years of progressive executive management and operational leadership experience.

Track Record: Proven history of scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and managing large profit and loss (P&L) statements
