• Manage shipment coordination and related shipping documentation
• Ensure accuracy of documents to facilitate smooth delivery to customers
• Track shipment status and take action based on pre-alert information
• Work closely with vendors and transport providers to resolve operational issues
• Support special assignments and key operational activities as required
• Coordinate with warehouse vendors and transporters to meet clearance and delivery timelines
