  • Execute the menu perfectly and all standard operation plan (SOP) of the outlet

  • Preparation of ingredients required

  • Cook and plate up dishes

  • Portion, arrange and garnish food prepared

  • Provide assistance to other cooks during peak periods

  • Responsible for hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen and work area

  • Dishwashing

  • Ensure personal cleanliness

  • Carry out any other culinary duties as assigned by the kitchen in-charge

  • Responsible for any ad-hoc tasks assigned

  • Cultivate a professional, friendly, efficient work environment

Qualifications / Experience

  • At least 2 or more years of working experience in the related field is required for this position

  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
