Job Summary

Sports Coaches or Aspiring Sports Coaches will conduct weekly classes to develop children’s motor skills, teamwork, confidence, and social abilities through engaging sports activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop children’s motor and sports skills by teaching designated moves during weekly classes
• Create a fun and exciting environment to foster children’s passion and love for sports
• Teach and reinforce social skills, cultural awareness, and kinetic abilities through sports activities
• Raise children’s self-esteem by encouraging participation and celebrating achievements
• Teach movement skills, teamwork, and confidence to support holistic child development
• Deliver clear instructions and motivate children to actively engage in sports sessions
• Appreciate and leverage individual children’s strengths to tailor coaching approaches
• Reinforce positive values and promote happiness in learning through interactive sessions
• Lead active, engaging sessions that encourage teamwork and enthusiasm, including high-fives
• Work collaboratively in schools and the central gym to deliver quality sports coaching
• Participate in training to become proficient in delivering Multi Sports - Wushu Programmes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Martial Arts background (not required but may result in higher starting pay)
